Currency & Exchange

Wagering Requirements

Maximum Liability Cap

In all cases where 777u77 is found to be liable to a user, the maximum aggregate liability of 777u77 to that user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000 — whichever is greater.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the 777u77 platform, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a full written description of the issue. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the support team's response, you may escalate the matter to our senior complaints team by clearly marking your follow-up email as "Formal Complaint — Escalation". Governing Law
